Our speaker this week was LaShawn Thomas, Director of Governmental Services City of Livonia, from the Mayor's office. She focused on the Livonia 21 plan and her duties of bringing this plan to fruition. There was a lively Q&A session so we ran out of time for her to discuss her role as a liason.to the community groups in our city , and how she could aid in combining our efforts with the city government.
Following Lashawn's presentation, we held our monthly Board of Directors meeting.
